Distance Sales Contract

This contract defines terms for purchasing Atlas Balloons services over the internet. Upon completing a reservation, the customer is deemed to accept service scope and refund/change policies.

Flight operations are subject to weather and official authority permissions. In unsuitable conditions, service may be postponed or refunded according to policy.

Payment, reservation and service details are presented to the customer alongside pre-information documents.
